Terms & Conditions
We are aware that many of our customers travel considerable distances to visit us so we strongly recommend booking your tickets ahead via our online site to avoid any disappointment on the day.
We are not able to take telephone bookings. Tickets are available to purchase online up until 11am on the day chosen (via the link above), when the online site for that day closes. In addition a limited number of tickets may be offered for sale each day to those who may arrive at the farm without bookings. If you do not have a pre-booking we recommend arriving at our opening time (12.30pm) or phoning ahead to enquire if we have availability.
Terms and Conditions
Please be aware that we do not guarantee that the Red Kites will come in to feed on the day of your visit. Whilst 99% of the time the kites come in to feed soon after the meat is put out, on very rare occasions they may be late in to feed. If this happens the farm will, whenever possible, remain open until the kites have come in.
Your ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission.
Tickets are required for all persons wishing to come onto the farm. We limit our visitor numbers each day to avoid over-crowding; once we reach capacity we do not allow additional visitors onto the farm.
Tickets are not transferable and only one ticket is valid per ticket purchased. However, if you cannot attend and wish to transfer to another guest, this is possible. Please contact the farm on 01597 810243.
Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
If you are unable to attend the event, you may apply for a refund provided you give 2 full days’ prior notice.
Tickets are not transferable to another date.
Proof of age or concession card may be requested upon arrival.
Visitors are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes before kite feeding. Latecomers may have to wait to be checked in. There will be no refunds for late arrivals.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times, for safety reasons.
Dogs are allowed on the farm free of charge but only outdoors and in Hides 1 to 4. Dogs are not permitted in the coffee shop or the gift shop, in hide 5 or in the specialist photographic hides. Guide dogs are permitted across all areas without exception. All dogs must be kept under adult control and on a short lead at all times.
Any persons chasing animals will be asked to leave the farm.
Any persons who are noisy, threatening or unruly will be asked to leave the farm.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on all areas of the farm.
If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
